Jason went back to work on Tuesday so the rest of us went into the city for the day. We caught the train into Southern Cross Station. It has been years since I caught a train. So many in fact Leah had never been on one. I think Kady went on one at Kinder on an excursion. Leah and Dylan loved it. Dylan loved checking out the other trains, buses and trucks along the way. It only took 1/2 an hour to get to the city from Melton.
It was the first time I had seen Southern Cross Station (formally Spencer Street Station) since they upgraded it. Such a big difference from the old station. Open and airy. Not many places for muggings to take place lol.
