We spent Sunday at Melbourne Zoo with Cassie, Ash, Mary, Eddie, Wendy, Daryl and Megan. We had the perfect day weather wise. Wendy and I made a yummy picnic, chicken, salad, cheeses and crackers, turkish bread and dips, lollies, chips, grapes and cherries. yummo. We made use of one of the zoo lockers so we didn't have to cart everything around all day.
Leah loved the seals. Megan loved any animal that moved (it's a little hard to find hidden big cats thrilling when you are 18months old). We all had a fabulous time. The recent changes to some of the animal enclosures are just awesome.
