The Duckling

Isn't this fellow cute.It's Mummy hatched six but one died. This one was the second last one. I pulled it out of it's shell. We have had very warm weather and the shell had dried to it's feathers.

They were meant to stay outside but we have had to bring them in (just at night lately). Hopefully it will warm up and they can stay out for good. This one is so cute. It climbs up your body until it's near your neck and then goes to sleep. Very sweet and very hard to get a good pic as they are like photographing a toddler. Sweet but smelly things. Whoever it cuddles is Mummy.
