A Visit From Dad

I have been a little quiet over the last week. Busy with working all week and then more recently an impromtu visit from Dad. We were over the moon to have Dad drop by for a couple of nights.
Dad drove down to South Australia for the 'Cow Tippers' BNS in Myponga SA. He had a great time at the ball but the weather wasn't the best for sales with drizzley rain over the weekend.

Dad arrived at 7o'clock Sunday night. I had cooked some lovely lamb shanks, mashed potato and beans for when he arrived. We had a lovely evening together and enjoyed a few rums and wines. We also celebrated Nick's 19th birthday. He had fun opening all of his presents. Kady spoilt him rotten with a variety of gifts including an Essendon footy jumper. Not a colour often seen in our household being Bulldogs supporters but seeings it's his birthday tomorrow we can allow it just this once.

Here are a few pictures of our evening together.

Dig in Dad. These lamb shanks were huge. Must have been on steroids.

Nick got a laugh from hering some hot chicks sing to him for his birthday.

Kady and Jason fooling around. A little madness or our house wouldn't be normal for us.
