Seafood Marinara

Tonight I cooked Seafood Marinara.


1/2 kg Mussels
1/2 kg Seafood Mix
Copious amounts of fresh basil and oregano
1 cup of red wine
700ml Passata Sauce
400grs Diced Tomatoes
Cracked Pepper

1. Cook onion until clear, add garlic and cook for another minute.

2. Add red wine and cook for a further couple of minutes.

3. Add diced tomatoes and passata sauce, herbs and cracked pepper. Cook until heated through.

4. Add seafood and cook until seafood mix is cooked and mussels open. Add more fresh basil and oregano. Serve on a bed of pasta.
