Lemonade Scones

You can't go wrong with this recipe for scones. Today I made two different batches. One plain and one with sultana's.


3 cups self raising flour
1 cup cream
1 cup lemonade

1. Mix together with a wooden spoon until combined. Tip out onto a floured bench and knead for a short while until the ingredients are fully combined.

2. Use a glass or a scone cutter to cut out your scones. Place them on a tray sprayed with cooking oil.

3. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown.

If you want to make different types you can add a cup of sultanas, cheese and chives, herb and garlic. All are very yummy.
