Horse Riding

I thought I would share some photos of the girls from last Saturday. My good friend Lou decided to take them horseriding for the day and took heaps of photos. They went to the same horse riding farm that Jason and I went to on our honeymoon. It's called Turners Horse Farm http://www.turnershorsefarm.com We think Kady even rode the same horse (he is 27 years old) as he is identical to the one Jason rode over ten years ago. They had a ball and finished off the day picking daffodils for me growing wild in a paddock.

look at all the daffodils, hope you will take me when I come down,
Why did my reply come up twice.
Looks like england, when we were kids we used to go to a place called the woods, and the daffodils and the primroses used to grow wild like that even the bluebells, we used to go for the whole day with a sandwich for our lunh.
Mike and I would go, and we would take Linda and Pete with us, you could do that then, no fear of bad men.

Hi Dawn's mum.....somtimes blogger does these double posts...I'm sure to just keep us on our toes...LOL!
Love reading your little snippits about days gone by.....
Dawn.........great pic of the girls! I'll send you through some passes to my brother's WATERGARDEN if you email me your postal address. The WATERGARDEN can be seen on my blog....click on the top lefthand pic and it takes you to some of the pics I took last year.I'm sure you would love the peacefulness of the WATERGARDEN and it's a great place to bring a picnic lunch and just stay all day if you want.It opens again to the public mid-November.The best time to see ALL the LOTUS and WATERLILY in full bloom would be late December/January/February.

Hi Lyn, Thank you for your comment.
I grow up in the sixties and the seventies, you know when it was free love and flower power. lol
We had a very strict upbringing then, but lots of love, and hugs.
Parents were allowed to bring their kids into line, so you did not dare to misbehave.
Not saying we did not get in to trouble, but we wopuld never do the things the kids are allowed to do.
Sex was for when you got married.
I remember my mum telling me, if you hold the boys hand, you will get pregent.
lol
If you sat on the toilet seat you would get vd.
My mum and I, were more like sisters than mother and daughter, we would go to the movies together, and then laugh all the way home.
My mum was only 19 years older than me, just like dawn and I, we had a ball together, so close, the day she died was just so unbearable, I was just 20 years old.
I became mother to one brother, and 2 sisters.
