Day One

I haven't felt too bad today. A bit nauseous and very tired. My temperature is up a little so I have to keep and eye on that and make sure it doesn't go anywhere near 38 degrees or it's back to hospital in case of infection. I haven't been able to drink water since this morning. Last night it started tasting contaminated or dirty. Horrible. Jason tasted it and said it tasted fine lol. A wonderful side effect of chemo, as I love my water and other the next two days need to flush the chemo from my system. I have been drinking cordial. Something I don't often drink but so far I am keeping it down.

I have Leah home sick again today with the nauseous bug. I am thinking that is what I still have and not the chemo reacting yet. Neighbours have had it for over a week. No vomiting just a general nauseous feeling.

Forgot to mention the other day that my lovely Nanny in England rang me. It was so wonderful to hear from her. She is nearly 86 and it was the first time she had dialed overseas on her own. Love her so much. We all had a chat to her for ages.
