The Local Guys

These two guys are often found somewhere on our block. Yesterday we awoke to find them nibbling the grass in the front garden. I must admit one thing that does bring a smile to my face is the abundance of wildlife we have here. Pigs, Goats, Deer, Roos', Wallabies, Wombats, Echidna's, Koala's, Kookaburra's, Crimson Rosella's, Cockatoos, Finches, Red Robins ( for the life of me I cannot get a pic of these guys as much as I have tried) and I am sure I am still forgetting heaps. Oh and the mongrel foxes that nearly got my ducks and Reggie Bird the goose in broad daylight the other day ( I have never seen such a large fox in my life) and the one rabbit that is luckily only eating my grass and not plants at this time.

Anyway someone told me these two guys ( the roos) have been banished from the mob as they are not the dominant male. Not sure if this is true but I do know when they stand tall they are well over six feet tall. They are happy to graze our block as long as we don't get too close or more so that they know where we are outside.
