Beach Training

This Sunday we had karate training down at Torquay beach with our Dojo and another local Dojo that is also Kyokoshin. The weather was perfect. A beautiful morning. A shame I put my back out at work on Thursday night so I couldn't train. I had been looking forward to training on the beach all week.

We had a lovely BBQ afterwards and then the kids all had a quick swim before we headed home to do a few jobs around the house.
