New Butcher

We have a new butcher in our nearby town. I'm not sure if there has ever been a butcher in town before but this guy has the loveliest produce. Everything is brought in and prepared on site.

We are very fussy when buying sausages. I like to buy gourmet sausages and usually we only eat them on the bbq. Today I bought six sausages from the butcher and they were $10.99 a kilo. Not an ounce of fat came out of these. They were chicken, swiss cheese and spring onion and tasted divine. He has a great range of sausages so I am sure we will go back for more. Yummy.
